Our Kiss It Better Balm ships to most NZ addresses via NZ Post on a tracked service at a cost of $8 per order.
Orders ship within 2 business days of you placing an order
NZ Post offers a 2 - 3 delivery window to most New Zealand addresses
If you live at a NZ rural delivery (RD) address please contact us before ordering so we can arrange special shipping for you. There is an additional Rural Delivery charge from NZ Post.
If you live outside of New Zealand, please contact us before placing your order.
Refunds and Returns
We hope you will love your Kiss It Better Balm but if for some reason you are not happy with our product please let us know and we can arrange a refund.
We encourage you to give the product time to work so please use it as instructed for one week before determining its effectiveness for you
If your pet is having a negative reaction to the product please discontinue use immediately and contact us
We offer a 30 day refund period
